Returns & Refunds
In the rare event you wish to return your Ecobay product we have in place a 30-day returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, your Ecobay® product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with protective sleeve, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase please.
To start the return process, please email our friendly team at hello@ecobay.co.uk. Upon receiving your email request, we will provide you with a Ecobay Returns Number (ERN) via email once your return has been approved along with instructions how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first receiving a (ERN) number cannot be accepted unfortunately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon its arrival. In the unlikely event that your Ecobay® product has experienced a problem during its journey to you, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will immediately put this right for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct product is to return the item you received using the method detailed above, and once the return is accepted, and an ERN issued, you can make a separate purchase for your new items.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, you will automatically be refunded by your original payment method. Unfortunately, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this refund, but we can assure you we will process this as soon as possible for you.
How To Return Your Item
Please note costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless your product is faulty. Insurance should always be obtained along with a valid tracking number by the courier.
Please quote the Ecobay® Return Number provided on your package.
